CareNavigator

How CareNavigator supports your decision process

CareNavigator helps patients and families organize medical information, clarify the decision question, compare hospital and expert review options, coordinate communication, and understand practical trade-offs around cost, timeline, travel, translation, and follow-up. We do not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or replace licensed doctors. Final diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with qualified clinicians and hospital teams.

Care Navigator provides independent navigation support. We help patients understand and evaluate options — our recommendations are based on case-specific suitability, not standardized referral pathways.

What we help clarify: What decision are you trying to make now? Are your medical records complete enough for specialist review? Which hospital or expert pathways may be relevant to compare? What costs, timelines, logistics, and follow-up questions should be clarified before travel? What are the limits of what can be known before direct medical evaluation? What should be discussed with your local treating doctor before making a decision?

How We Help FAQ. Can CareNavigator tell me what treatment to choose? No. Can CareNavigator help compare hospitals or experts? Yes. Can CareNavigator coordinate with hospitals in China? CareNavigator can help coordinate communication and review pathways with selected hospitals or experts, subject to hospital availability and the patient's medical documentation. What should I prepare before contacting CareNavigator? Prepare your diagnosis, current care plan, treatment history, available records, current wait or access concern if relevant, and the decision your family is trying to make.

Tell us your diagnosis, current care pathway, and what decision you are trying to make. We will help you understand what information is needed and whether a China pathway is worth comparing.
