What Is CareNavigator? CareNavigator provides independent medical navigation and coordination for international patients and families considering care in China. We help people identify established hospitals and specialists with demonstrated experience in the relevant field, compare which resources are most relevant to the individual case, and coordinate more effective access to those resources. Our work connects hospital selection, specialist access, total pathway cost, timing, communication, travel, and continuity so that strong medical capability can become a practical care route for the patient.
Founder's Story. CareNavigator was founded to help international patients and families make complex decisions about medical care in China with greater clarity. We help families identify and compare established hospitals and specialist teams with demonstrated experience in the relevant field, coordinate case review and access, and connect medical choices with practical questions about total pathway cost, timing, travel, communication, and follow-up.
We believe good navigation is not about promoting the largest network or presenting a public ranking. It is about understanding the individual case, narrowing the options responsibly, and helping families reach a care pathway that is credible, practical, and relevant to their circumstances.
Founded by Jingxing (Stella) Chen, CareNavigator draws on almost a decade of experience across healthcare, international growth, and cross-border partnerships. Stella and the CareNavigator team bring a practical understanding of where China's medical system is strongest and how international patients can access those resources effectively. From the patient's perspective, we work through the barriers that make cross-border care difficult, helping families reach credible, high-quality hospital and specialist resources that are relevant to the case with greater efficiency and clarity.
